Donald - The Humane Society

Meet Donald, isn't he a handsome fellow!? He came to live with us in January, an adoptee of the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society, http://www.wpahumane.org/ We fell in love almost instantly when we saw him there and it didn't take long before we gave him a home. He lives along side our other dog and two cats. Donald is a frisky, boxer mix, intelligent and very much a "people" dog.

Planning on acquiring a pet? Check your local shelter or Humane Society. There are many animals just waiting for a loving home.

The -100-Art-Dolls-Challenge

I found a great site yesterday, myartself.com. It is a blog set up by Stacey Apeitos and Arrigo Dorissa that poses a challenge to creat 100 art dolls by the end of 2008. While the deadline is it is not the thrust of meeting the deadline that drives the challenge. In their words, "The challenge is to learn about themselves and to set intentions for their lives, using art-doll-making as a tool." Way Cool!
