Crochet Craze
My mother has crocheted for as long as I can remember. She was recently asked to crochet lap blankets for the shut-ins at our congregation. I thought this was not only is a great ministry, but a wonderful opportunity for some mother-daughter bonding! So I had her show me a simple pattern and here are the results of my first attempt at an afghan.

What a nice thing to do Joyce! Ladies from our congregation are doing the same. I feel bad because of my Lupus my joints can't handle much of the crochet anymore. I can knit a little longer though. I love your doll btw!
